Every part of the code will be written here from the official Warrior Cats website. Below each piece will be four sections that state the differences (if any) between the original code and the individual Clans on Warriors' Island. Every Clan has changed the code to fit their own needs. There are parts that fit for all four Clans.
1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from the other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
OceanClan: No changes.
BreezeClan: No changes.
WillowClan: It is expected that warriors and apprentices of WillowClan are to treat cats of other Clans with the utmost respect. WillowClanners are required to be cautious and diplomatic in how they deal with other Clan cats--kind and social, yet distant in personal affairs. Listening is of higher value than speaking.
CavernClan: No changes except that CavernClan does not allow any friendships with other Clans, though they will be polite and respectful at Gatherings alone.
2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.
OceanClan: OceanClan sees hunting on another Clan's territory as needless, and punishes a cat heavily when it occurs. However, they will see the need for trespass as a means to take back a piece of territory they feel is stolen from them (especially the Sunlit Banks).
BreezeClan: They take this seriously except when the clan's honor and pride are at stake (Sunlit Banks)
WillowClan: WillowClan follows this rule very strictly. If a WillowClan cat is caught trespassing, they are given heavy punishments, as WillowClan cannot strike up a deal with another Clan if their warriors are disrespectful of the borders.
CavernClan: CavernClan is very strict about their territory and expects the same from other Clans. However, as the rulers of the underground, they believe that the rules can be bent if they tunnel underneath other territory.
3. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.
OceanClan: The biggest catch of the day must be given to elders as a thank-you gift for their years of dedication to the Clan.
BreezeClan: The warriors and apprentices are expected to leave as soon as they wake up for hunting. All are to return with their prey before waiting to be assigned to their duties for the day (guard, patrols, and normal training) by the monarch. While away for their duties elders and kits are expected to eat. What remains when the warriors return is what they get to eat. Apprentices must wait until last to eat, unless invited by a warrior to join them.
WillowClan: Hunting is commonly done first thing in the morning. When WillowClan warriors wake up, they are expected to go hunting, return with at least one piece of fresh-kill, and then report to the deputy for patrol assignments. As such, the monarch and their deputy generally get up before the rest of the Clan, so not a single warrior is waiting around for the deputy to come back with prey.
CavernClan: The elders are fed last, but the kits are fed first if they are toms. Apprentices are only permitted to eat if the tom-kits, medicine cat, and king have eaten.
4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks toStarClan insert Clan's ancestor here for its life.
OceanClan: No changes - extends to the rare fish for warrior ceremony.
BreezeClan: No changes
WillowClan: No changes here.
CavernClan: No changes here.
5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
OceanClan: No changes here.
BreezeClan: No changes
WillowClan: No changes here.
CavernClan: No changes here in terms of tom kits, she-kits begin learning to be queens as soon as they are able to eat fresh kill though they do not receive their name until 6 moons.
6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
OceanClan: Newly appointed warriors and sensory guards will be stationed around the outer areas of camp to guard and appreciate the life they lead.
BreezeClan: New warriors are to keep silent vigil while guarding the camp at the entrance boulders as a sign of dedication and pride to protect the clan.
WillowClan: Fresh warriors will sleep in the Oak of Life on the night of their warrior ceremony. Doing so gives the new warrior the blessing of the Airin.
CavernClan: New warriors are to guard the exit to the tunnels as the only thing standing in between their sleeping Clan and anything that could enter their underground home. This gives them the pride and honor of the Clan as their new protectors.
7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
OceanClan: The deputy must be close friends with the monarch and their kits. Should the leader feel the bond between them be weak at any time, they may dismiss him/her as a deputy.
BreezeClan: The deputy must be able to run with great endurance, train at least one apprentice, and is the monarch's mate. All must be met to be considered.
WillowClan: In addition to this rule, the WillowClan deputy must have a close bond with the monarch and their kits. A deputy can be relieved from their position if the leader feels they can no longer get along with their deputy.
CavernClan: The deputy must be close with the king, a bond with the kits is not necessary but preferred. A deputy may be dismissed if the king and/or his heir decides that the bond is too weak.
8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires. If there is an heir/ess named before the leader's death, but they are too young, the deputy will take over the Clan until the heir/ess is of age (12 moons). If there is no heir/ess, the deputy will assume leadership position permanently.
OceanClan: Additionally, if the heir/ess feels they are not yet ready to assume leadership, the deputy may continue to fill in the role until the heir/ess can take up the mantle.
BreezeClan: No changes
WillowClan: No changes.
CavernClan: The heir can only be a male and if there is no male in the king's litter(s), the deputy will take over.
9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh. The new deputy can be chosen whenever the monarch deems fit.
OceanClan: No changes.
BreezeClan: In addition, when the deputy can no longer preform his duty to test apprentices, they must step down.
WillowClan: No changes.
CavernClan: No changes.
10. A gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time. As there is no central ancestor, like StarClan, there is nothing/no one to uphold the truce. Fights may break out at gatherings, and there isn't much that can be done.

OceanClan: No changes.
BreezeClan: No changes.
WillowClan: No changes.

12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.
OceanClan: Neglecting a kit in such circumstances is a sin in the eyes of the Rekkah. Do not leave a helpless kit to die.
BreezeClan: It is a great loss of pride to put an innocent kit's life in danger. However, the kit may not stay within the clan as they are not full blooded. The kit will be offered to OceanClan, or WillowClan. Unless under special circumstances the monarch, deputy, and medicine cat see a sign from their ancestors.
WillowClan: If the kit is from another Clan, it is absolutely imperative that they are taken into the Clan and given the best treatment possible. WillowClan will take this chance to work something out with the Clan in which the kit was born. If the Clans cannot come to an agreement, then WillowClan takes bragging rights for taking in a poor, helpless kitten whose Clan did not want it.
CavernClan: If the kit is a tom, he will be taken in and treated any male kit in the Clan. Female kits may be taken in and kept for chores if the king desires it. If asked for the kit back, CavernClan will try to work out something with the kit's Clan. If nothing comes of it, CavernClan will keep the kit as a future tunneler but nothing more. Female kits will eventually be killed.
13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.
OceanClan: No changes.
BreezeClan: No changes.
WillowClan: No changes.
CavernClan: No changes.
14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.
OceanClan: An OceanClan may only kill other cats if their ancestors and its believers have been dishonoured. Unnecessary killing equates to defiance of the Rekkah.
BreezeClan: If the pride of the cat is at stake against another clan any means of battle are acceptable. If one kills their own clanmate they will be exiled for having no sense of pride for their own clan, as most matters within the clan are solved with nonviolent competitions.
WillowClan: If a warrior feels threatened, or they feel that one of their Clanmates is in danger, they will not hesitate to kill another cat. Any cat accused of murdering another will be given a fair chance to say their side of the story before a decision is made.
CavernClan: CavernClan will not hesitate to kill if they see fit. As execution is the norm in the Clan, murder is seen as no different unless it is a kit or a pregnant queen.
